GENERAL INFORMATION

1.    Buyer's have the option of buying the 2007 foals on time payment. The terms are 50% down payment on sale day. Balance is due and payable when foal leaves ranch or by September 15, 2007 whichever comes first. When you settle for your purchases today, the buyers invoice will also be a time payment contract. Buyers must honor this contract and payment must be made as indicated or transaction will be voided and the down payment forfeited.

2.    Please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions of this sale, which appear on the back of the front page of the catalog and with each animal prior to bidding. Please leave hip numbers on all horses and horses in origin areas.

3.    Please bring this catalog to sale, supply is limited.

4.    Preview of horses 10:30 am    Sale starts at 11:00 am

5.    Visitors are welcome at the ranch.

6.    Sights drafts will not be accepted

7.    Canadian checks can be accepted if written in payable U.S. funds

8.    Absentee bids: If you are unable to attend the sale but want to buy one of the horses, you may do so by making arrangements or retain your own agent and complete the request to purchase by credit form.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.    The highest bidder shall be the buyer. If a dispute arises among two or more bidders: sole authority to settle the dispute, as he sees fit, is reserved by the Auctioneer, and his decision shall be final. The Seller reserves the right to void the sale of his horse before it leaves the ring. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

2.    Terms of the sale are cash, no exceptions (personal checks are considered cash). A driver's license or other form of identification will be required for all checks.

3.    All buyers are required to register and receive a buyer's number before the sale. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL CHARGES AGAINST HIS NUMBER. THE BUYER IS CAUTIONED TO BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THAT NUMBER. MAKING SURE THAT NOTHING IS CHARGED AGAINST THE NUMBER THAT THE BUYER DOES NOT WANT TO PURCHASE. The buyer number is credit clearance for the sale, use it carefully. When you go to the clerking desk for settlement, you will be asked to sign an Acknowledgement of Purchase. Title passes when acknowledgment has been signed.

4.    Horses are at buyer's risk, responsibility and expense at the time of purchase. In the event the horses remain at the Seller's premises after the sale, all risk of loss and injury to the horses is that of the Buyer. The Buyer's are encouraged to insure their purchase in the event the horses remain at the seller's premises after the sale.

5.    All horses are offered for sale according to the laws of the State of Idaho. The right to bid is reserved for the Sellers in the sale, unless otherwise announced.

6.    THE HORSE IN THIS SALE HAVE NOT BEEN VET CHECKED. ALL HORSES ARE SOLD AS IS. There is no guarantee, of any kind, as to the soundness, condition, or quality of any horse sold in this sale, there is no guarantee
