"Colonel" is a new stallion we have just added to our lineup of stallions. And boy won't he cross well on our BUENO CHEX granddaughters. More stopping, power and great minds. Colonel holds a record for a slide. He was shown on American horse recently for his example of a sliding horse. We are still checking on his accomplishments. We have found that not all of his records are complete. So far we have found that he has won:

COLONEL FRECKLES: The foundation bloodlines of Leo, Three Bars, Sugar Bars and Joe Reed II came together in Colonel Freckles. Colonel Freckles was inducted into the AQHA Hall of Fame. He was the 1976 NCHA Futurity Champion. Cutting was his chosen suit. He has 417 performing foals which have earned more than 2,700 AQHA Points, 66 ROMs, and several AQHA World Championships. The nearly $ 4 million won by his sons and daughters in Cutting, Reining and Reined Cowhorse is a testament to the qualities that Colonel Freckles possessed and passed on.
